"In roller derby action on June 29th in Summerside, Prince Edward Island during the festivities surrounding Atlanticade 2014, PEI’s own Red Rock’n Roller Derby took on the visiting Halifax Harbour Grudges (Anchor City Rollers). Halifax got off to an early lead in a very physical and close bout that saw no less than 5 lead changes in the first half. PEI went into halftime with a 137-100 lead and managed to maintain a similar lead over their opponents throughout the second half, eventually defeating Halifax by a final score of 200-165. Penalty box staff were kept busy with 38 visits from Halifax skaters and 33 visits from PEI." - Richard Lafortune

The Fog City Rollers' Portside Pirates set sail for Halifax to spend some time with the Anchor City Rollers' Harbour Grudges. There were hits and rolls and a flying octopus. And there was a score of 345 to 141 in favour of the Grudges.

Last year the ladies from Central Maine Derby came to Fredericton and had an epic after party. This year a bout happened first. It was a hard fought battle ending in a 281-179 win for the Capital City Rollers' Daisy Cutters.
