A whole bunch of people went to Moncton to play some derby. The evening started with the New Glasgow Kicken Vixens playing the Cape Breton Tar City Rollers in their first official bout. Tar City took the win with a score of 171-152.
Then the Red Rock 'N Rollers took on the Muddy River Rollers' Mad Hitters with the PEI ladies taking the win with a score of 239-169.

Anchor City Rollers packed up a bus and headed to Charlottetown for an evening of roller derby fun with the Red Rock N' Roller Derby crew.
First the Black Rock Bandits took on the Moonshine Maidens ending up with a score of 246-231 in favour of the Bandits. After a short break the Dead Ringers ventured onto the track to meet up with the Twisted Sisters with a resulting score of 226-196 for the Ringers' win. I took the big white home away from home for the first of many derby trips to find Alex and Andrea there along with a few unknown cameras. Click all of the links below, they are worth it.

Alex Tabor's photos are viewable on Facebook or flickr. His Facebook albums of the first game and the second game.

The Rock Coast Rollers' Perfect Storm came to Fredericton to visit with the Capital City Rollers' Daisy Cutters. I was the only one of our regular contributors there but there were some local photographers by the track so I will update with their links too if they will share.

UPDATE: Andre gave the go ahead to share his photos too.

I didn't get to go but luckily David and Alicia did. They captured the Fog City Rollers' Port Side Pirates and Shipyard Sirens as they visited with the Muddy River Rollers' Mad Hitters and Lumbersmacks respectively. First the newly formed "home" teams hit the track, then the "travel" teams got to do their thing.
